The staff was very stoic, borderline standoffish, and unwelcoming and unfriendly. Their attempt to be nice or friendly comes off very fake. They were very matter-of-fact and not very flexible."

On-site parking was quite a distance from the hotel reception. Fully carpeted floors in common areas. While our mini suite was a good size, the bathroom was very tight.
