"Very peaceful property set in the woods , away from the hustle and bustle . Property was very well kept and a friendly helpful staff. Continental breakfast was an added bonus and the pool area was very clean ."

"The man at the front desk just handed me a key. He did not say anything about the breakfast, gym or dock on the salt pond. Another guest told us about the breakfast. It was the May long weekend and neither the pool or hot tub were open. Or maybe they were open but I couldn’t understand the man cleaning the pool! The pool is not heated and hot tub was cold. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They had a bar fridge and microwave but no coffee maker . The bathroom was dated with poor...

"Pros: Good location, friendly staff, ADA room was actually accessible with good supports in the bathroom.
Cons: Filthy. I don't think they vacuum ever, bathroom was disgusting and blanket had stains. Water pressure is terrible. Staff sits outside the front entrance on their phones, smoking cigarettes. Would not recommend."
