"My husband is an evangelist, and we travel to the area for almost a week visiting friends that are Missionaries. This Inn was more pleasant to stay yet than a Hilton or Hampton.. friendly staff that goes above and beyond, the room was clean. The property was clean. The pool area with a view of the lake was charming.. if I had to say one thing negative about this day, it would be that the pool was not heated or that they didn’t offer a Jacuzzi for cooler temperatures. "We loved being able to walk to Epic. It took us under 10 minutes. There were many shuttles available to the other parks so it’s very convenient.

"There was hair on the floor, hair in the bathtub, the whole floor was dirty, walls are dirty, room service is every 3 days so no one will clean your room or do anything, no soap, dirty towels. Bathroom door doesn’t close. I don’t think they clean the rooms at all, they might clean bed sheets but that is unsure. Breakfast is ok. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I read here that they reform the hotel, I can not imagine how it was before. "
