"Had a pleasant stay."

"The check-in was very efficient. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Property was well kept and clean. Close to many amenities. Only drawback we had was there a power outage in the city for over 10 hours which meant there was no power in our room nor was there any breakfast for the guests the following morning. Because of this we checked out earlier in the morning. Overall I would still recommend the Holiday Inn Express."

"I walked in the young man that was working was so great and very helpful we got to the room the headboard was dirty the mirror was very smeared the light in the kitchen the lamp that hangs over the table. It was very dirty on the bottom. But outside of that we was ok"

"Our room had slime had stains on the floor, bed skirt, and shower curtain. There were also huge pieces of tape on the wall. It looked like the room had been used for a birthday party previously. When I went to inform the front desk about it because I didn’t want to be charged for someone else’s mess or lack of cleaning on the house keeper’s part, the employee was very rude. I didn’t ask for a change of room because it didn’t directly impact our stay and she so impolitely told the guest in front of me that they were booked up. The unprofessional front desk employee kept asking if there was anything else I wanted to complain about. I didn’t go to the desk to complain but to simply have documentation of the state of the room. Front lobby was very clean and modern but the rooms have not been updated in a few years to match the lobby. "

"No soap in shower dispensers as well the property has paper thin walls where you can completely hear other people’s conversation."

"Very cozy and relaxing! The room itself very clean and felt like a little cabin, had everything we needed. Loved the full kitchen! We had a water view and it was just so beautiful and we spent some time right outside our room on the big deck just listening to the water and ducks/geese pass by. If we have to come back to the area again we will definitely be staying here!"

"This was a great stay for our family. The receptionists were so kind and friendly and made our kids feel welcome each time we left and came back. The breakfast was great and those staff members were attentive and kind. The pool was clean and my kids loved it. "
