"They asked me for a deposit of $100 and when I delivered the room they told me that in three minutes I had the money back, and three days later I still haven't received anything"

"The hotel management Duty manager, My room no 127 on 06/05/26 for one night and very in unclean curtains (you can’t touch very ugly) floor carpet and no water at all time from wash basin and inform to front desk ( lady on duty) she said inform to manager but no one came or call to fix this issue ,even next morning no one attend and the breakfast room microwave not cleaned food spread all over the microwave, Thank you De Silva Please follow up and give me a feedback"
