Exceeded our expectations. Our room was facing the Marina and the sound. It was bright and so welcoming and comfortable. The staff was gracious and helpful. A delicious breakfast was included as well as wine and cheese in the afternoon. We took advantage of the complimentary pontoon ride down the Niantic river which was wonderful. The location was great for wandering to Mystic and even into Rhode Island which we did . We would like to return some day!

We love this inn and stay here 3-4 times each year. Love the wine and cheese in the afternoon, the fresh cookies in the lobby and the boat ride up the Niantic River. The rooms are comfortable, even if some are small. The breakfast (food and service) is excellent. The porch and chairs on the lawn are wonderful places to watch the water.

It’s just perfect! Beautiful property inside and out! We loved the inn has a pontoon boat that a terrific captain takes you out on! What a great few days!

The inn was a pleasant surprise. It’s quiet, lovely and cozy. Staff was amazing and all the extras were great (breakfast was delicious, wine and cheese on the patio, boat ride). Can’t recommend this enough. We loved our stay and will always return.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here! We came for a girls weekend and the staff was so kind and helpful, the breakfast and complimentary happy hour were great, and our room was adorable and clean! Highly recommend for any trip to the Connecticut shore!

Everything was excellent. Beautiful property, great location and lots to do. A lot of nice little extras are included with your stay. Our room was lovely and had a beautiful view and everything we needed. The only drawback was that the room was quite small and very “compact”! Nothing we couldn’t live with but it would have been nice to have a bit more space. Overall, a lovely spot. Would recommend and I’m sure there are larger rooms if you would like to upgrade.

Excellent made to order breakfast, awesome balcony overlooking the marina; location is near the Niantic Bay Boardwalk, multiple CT beaches, and lots of shops & restaurants. Staff at the inn were welcoming & made you feel right at home. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. This was a great B&B and I look forward to returning soon.

Perfection! Location is gorgeous…sunrise is spectacular over the bay. Pontoon boat to breakfast in the a.m. and wine and cheese at cocktail hour.

We had never been to Niantic before but seeing how many repeat guests came here was a testament to everything we experienced as well. What an amazing B&B. Everyone was so friendly, the room had nice touches with a cringe fan, rockers on the porch, beautiful decor, great water pressure in the shower, and a fan and drawers in the bathroom (one of my biggest pet peeves in most hotels!). Breakfast was fantastic, as was the wine and cheese and fresh baked cookies in the evening. Even the included pontoon boat ride was a nice touch as well. I highly recommend this inn in this little town on the coast of CT!
