"We received an upexpected upgrade to our booking to a larger room on the top floor of the hotel. This meant negotiating three flights of stairs but it was worth it for the extra room. Lots of nice touches including complimentary water and a small bottle of wine in the fridge. The quirky hotel was just what we wanted and there was a free coffee machine in the reception area where soothing classical music was always playing.
