"The hotel itself was great. However. There was a room next to me, who had rap music blasting so loud it was overpowering my tv, shaking the sconce light on the wall to the point it sounded liike a bell ringing. This eent on til after 4am both morning, despite front desk calling them. "

"We arrived at this hotel late at night and were told they had no rooms available. The young man at the counter was dressed in jeans and a ball cap. I didn’t even know he worked there. When I asked if I could book a room through a third party, he just shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know. He was not professional whatsoever. Didn’t have any concern for me. He didn’t even have a name tag. I went outside and got a room through Expedia and then came back in to let him know we had a room reserved, but we spent the next 1/2 hour waiting for him to confirm even though I had a receipt via email. He had to call his manager twice and then found out it was a mistake he made. No apologies. He was unfriendly and barely spoke to us. Breakfast was not great plus there was a hair in my food. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"About the only thing I can say nicely about this property was they had decent beds. Everything else was awful and non existent. A cup of watered down orange juice(yes, that’s their breakfast) remained on top of a fire extinguisher for the whole time I was there(which was four days). Toilets took two times to flush every time to get toilet paper down. Remotes didn’t work. Air was okay at best. Non existent staff at the front desk. This place was not what I was hoping for. "
