"The staff was rude. Hotels charged me for my room. My mom arrived before I did, and the hotel charged her for my room. So, we were double-charged for one room. The hotel would not give us a receipt. They were rude when I brought it to their attention. They told me to take it up with Hotels.com, and to print my receipt from there. Of course, I cant get anywhere with Hotels.com either. I do not recommend this hotel."
"Staff was very nice. Very sketchy hotel, rooms boarded up and people wondering around during night. Room was clean, bed comfy but door had no security lock and room didn't have chair to put in front of the door. "
"Clean room, staff accommodating. My only complaint would be the free breakfast. I’m a celiac and can’t eat food most anywhere I go but I can have fruit or look forward to oatmeal. Unfortunately whomever had made the oatmeal put too much water in with the oats and it looked like a loose gruel. Very unappealing. "
