"Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. We ate breakfast two days at JoJo's which is situated in the same parking lot. The food was excellent, fresh and hot! There was plenty of parking if you're driving and the hotel is located in a perfect location. There's restaurants, shopping plaza's, fast food, gas stations, and they also have a casino in Fountaine Square. If I'm traveling again to North Chicago, Waukegan, IL area, I'll definitely stay here again! "

"To be clear, this is NOT a traditional hotel. It is an extended stay studio apartment style property. The front desk closes at 7:00 pm and is closed on Sunday. The manager was very nice and accommodating. This is a good place to sleep and take advantage of its proximity ti the Metra train station that gets yo cheaply into Chicago.
