"Friendly staff, and great location for town centre and football. However, room was very hot when I arrived - both radiators, and the towel rail, were on full, and windows shut, despite being the hottest day of the year. Opening all windows, and switching off all radiators helped eventually, but towel rail could not be switched off in room, nor apparently by staff. "

"We stayed 2 nights, arriving late on the first. Unfortunatey the hotel does not provide room service or any meals/snacks after 8.30. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and very clean, with lots of hot water. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, and has an attractive restuarant when it is open."

"No heating. Room very cold. Reataurant only open for breakfast. Had to drive for dinner. Only saw 1 member of staff who was very helpful"

"Staff were amazing, so friendly and great with our children. Breakfast was lovely, could not fault. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. Will definitely be staying again "
