"The food seem substandard "

"Good breakfast, changing rooms in pool area not very clean. Reception staff were excellent. Room was clean. We were there with 2 children aged 8 and 2 and they loved it at the hotel. We only booked a standard double but were given executive room which had a fridge. We got complimentary crisps, kitkat and cans of coke daily for all 4 of us which was great and unexpected."

"We stayed 2 nights, arriving late on the first. Unfortunatey the hotel does not provide room service or any meals/snacks after 8.30. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and very clean, with lots of hot water. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, and has an attractive restuarant when it is open."

"The spa changing rooms could do with a revamp - they are small, .cold and they don't smell great. More loungers around the pool area would add to the experience too. The corridor leading to the toilets off reception smells terribly and it was the same last time we stayed too, Other than that, the hotel is lovely, the food in the Palm Court is great and the breakfast great too. The treatments in the spa were also amazing. Bathrooms great in the rooms too."

"The host greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming and friendly; assuring us that if we needed anything further to let her know. It was very well equipped: fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster, not forgetting a jug of fresh milk. Would definitely stay here again."
