"The double beds were comfortable pillows awful Had to change rooms for second night twin beds not large enough moved easily Pillows equally as awful . No walk in showers which make it difficult for people not able to use bath. Was told well if it’s only for one night did it matter and it was business people using hotel Room 111 opposite housekeeping i had to complain three times from 8am-10 for noisy chatter and Five staff were outside my door laughing and joking. "Accommodation is fine. Breakfast menu is a selection of fried, unhealthy or coated in butter. Needs to be better to compete with other local providers"

"Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. I appreciated the welcome gifts and hospitality from the hosts too. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area."

"60代の夫婦で北Wales観光の際に利用したこのホテル。駐車場が広々としていて、利用しやすかったです。市街の中心部に立地していて、色々なお店に徒歩でも比較的簡単にアクセスできました。 シャワールームにはバスタブが設置されていたので、お湯をはってゆっくりと入浴を楽しめました。 2026年7月の宿泊だったので(Walesでも連日、例年よりも暑い日が続いていました)、部屋の中に小型の扇風機があれば、さらに快適に過ごせたと思います。 ホテルはビリヤード台やゲーム機を備えたバブと同じ建物なので、そこで時間を過ごすのも楽しいでしょう。"

"Very clean room and bathroom, full length anti slip mat for the bath. Excellent tea could have done with more on the room. Hotel close to town centre and easy to find. Advise that you patk in the car park under the hotel, entrance is before the hotel car park entrance. Pool, sauna clean and relaxing environment"

"We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable."

"The location of the property is fantastic. The biggest disappointment was we stayed over a very hot weekend and there was no installed air-conditioning therefore a Mobile Aircon unit was brought to the room but it didn’t work and the room was absolutely sweltering all weekend. We couldn’t sleep during the heat and it spoilt our stay."
