"‘Immaculate’ That’s a joke! This property was dreadful, messy and filthy, unsuitable for renting and definitely not appropriate to be advertised on hotels.com. The kitchen was grimy, the oven very dirty, the cooker hood thick with grease. There was old food stuff in several of the cupboards and even chicken left in the freezer! "We stayed in the Filbert Pod in November 2025 for a nearby family event and can’t fault it at all - the pod was clean, comfortable and warm during the cold snap, and is located in a very peaceful and quiet location - and that’s before mentioning the excellent hot tub!
