"They let me amd my family book the property and upon arrival after a 8 hour drive we were told it wasnt available. I had my wife and 5 children traveling with me. It put a damper on all of our scheduled events i had planned. No email no call no nothing. I was informed it wasnt available at the place when i arrived. "

"This place is a SCAM! The deposit is NOT refundable as stated. You first have to make the deposit by Cashapp or Zelle before they give the address or lock code. I have tried for weeks to obtain my refund on the refundable deposit, but they give you the run around. Deposit is not done by Expedia. We followed all the rules for this place and did not leave a mess or break anything. Save yourself some a headache and looks elsewhere. "

"Do not stay here! They falsely accused me of damaging property and charged an extra fee. Electric outlets did not work in baths! WiFi was horrible. TV did not work. Broken glass from previous cars getting broken into. You are warned!!"
