Only thing that threw me off was the key situation… every time I came back, my key wouldn’t work. Had me going back and forth to the front desk just to get it reactivated or replaced. Not the worst experience, just inconvenient for sure."

"Unfortunately, several issues were encountered during this visit. At the first inspection of the room, a large bag of trash was sitting next to it. Housekeeping was cleaning on the other end of the floor. After bringing it to the front desk's attention, it was cleared. Once we entered the room, it lacked the freshness of cleanliness, so our own cleaning and spray helped it feel and smell cleaner. Also, a luggage cart was utilized and inadvertently left in the room once we left for our event....
