"Room 102 was well used and had odor, bath was extra small and stool had been stopped up many time as per scratching on stool. Trash was never picked up at rear door. We don't like their policy of staying 3 nights with no room service, waited 4 night before doing clean up room. We had to go get clean towels every day. Breakfast was good but for that size hotel, they should have had 2 waffle irons, lots of waiting on weekend. Room carpet was needing replaced. New floor tile would have...

"We had a very pleasant stay. Location was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The tv and remote worked well. We had two issues. As someone in a previous review had written there was a heavy smell in the common areas. The second thing was when we went to get ice for our cups before leaving we discovered a previous tenant had left a banana peel in the ice bucket. Housekeeping completely missed it. Both things were minor annoyances and would not keep us from staying here again."

"Front desk staff unable to help with online bookings, and questions or offer advice. Online bookings don’t allow for modification or a way to speak to a live agent, virtual assistant is no good when your only option is clicking the buttons listed. Asked the housekeeping staff for toilet paper as I was out, they told me no, sorry. Had to go get it from the front desk, who had no problem giving me 3 rolls."

"The hotel stunk or marijuana and cigarettes, The bathroom of my room ha actual black mold on the ceiling tiles, the bathroom towels smelt of mold and mildew. The walk down the hallway was very sketchy. The keys to my room randomly quit working and I had to go get new cards. I could add more but you get the point. Would never stay at this hotel. Spend the extra money and go to an actual nice hotel and enjoy your stay! 0/10. Would never recommend"

"My sister and her son and cat stayed here on their way home from Florida and said it was great for a good night’s sleep. The cat enjoyed it too."

"Sheets and towels were dirty with visible stains. The bathroom was not clean. The room had a musty smell. The room keys kept resetting causing us to have to go to the front desk to fix them several times during our stay."

"Really Small hotel. Clean and does have a small breakfast selection. You can never go wrong with waffles,sausage, eggs, apple or orange juice, selections of teas and bagels and muffins. Nice staff and close to States Ave. Felt safe as a single traveler as well. Close to quick bites and the highway. Will recommend!"
