We have stayed here before and it’s always the same. If there were more hotels in Wayne, we wouldn’t. Towels and sheets are stained, shower surround is stained and rusted. Bathroom fan doesn’t work. Employees are always nice.

The staff was excellent upon check-in. When I opened the door to our room I found a clean room that smelled good and was cooled down. We ordered a pizza and had it in the room in less than 15 minutes from next-door. Overall an excellent hospitality experience.

Do not stay here, it's absolutely disgusting.

I don't know if I just got the most run-down room or if they're all like this but WOW. I have not seen a room this bad probably ever! Everything was broken or falling apart. Every inch of the walls had marks, holes, or stains on it. The shower was disgusting. It was evident no one cleaned the fridge by the beer left in it and under the beds is never cleaned because there was stuff visible by me just checking no one was under there. "Premium bedding" is an absolute lie. Pillows were like the 40 year old ones your grandma has in her house- small, flat, & stained. No elevator to the second floor either. This shouldn't even be a last resort type of hotel, drive further if this is your only option.

Nice staff, ok for short trip if looking to save $

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice, professional, and efficient. You honestly get what you pay for with the room. You can tell they’ve made some updates at some point: countertops in the bathroom, furniture in the rooms. However, it is still an older hotel. Also, the bed in the room was clean, very spacious king bed, but the mattress reminded me of one you’d get in your dorm room: thin and very basic. Just be prepared if you’re over 40!

There was no breakfast or coffee either morning, although that was supposed to be part of the stay. No hand soap in the bathroom. Cabinet was damaged and we also had to change rooms because the deadbolt didn't work.

First, the bar in the tub that one would use if slipping or falling was not attached to anything. There is a chunk of paint missing in one wall. There is very messy repair of the wall where the door could hit it. The towels are very thin. One hangar was missing.

We arrived in our room to an empty body wash bottle in the tub and the conditioner and shampoo were filled opposite. We also had to ask for a bar of soap for the sink. There were no paper cups in the room or a simple coffee maker. The breakfast bar was minimal and very limited which didn’t pose a problem but the corn flakes were very stale. There was one loaf of bread, bananas and a bit of your cups to choose from. The best option would have been to go across the street to McDonald’s.

Not again. Low rating for a reason

The room was visibly clean. I had to clean the air conditioner filter and fix the Handels that were falling off of the dresser. The hall were dirty. The breakfast was toast no butter fruit frosted flakes or raisin brand and yogurt. Owners/management yelled at the clerk from a room by the office.

The ice machine was not working. The ceiling was leaking in the laundry room. The fridge in my room didn’t work and neither did the remote for the tv. The bed was really uncomfortable. They don’t dust very well either, I seen cobwebs on the lamp shades
