"Renovated property with excellent staff"

"The hotel was nice, very clean, breakfast was basic, but nice. Parking was easy and it is conveniently located to walk to the casino. The only thing that was concerning was it felt like shady stuff was happening with upper management. It made me very uncomfortable."

"We stayed in room 102 and roaches crawled out from behind the mirror in the wall. The pool is "closed for maintenance" and the pillows are not comfortable and the sheets are stained. This place is gross. NEVER AGAIN."

"This Holiday Inn Express was exceptional Raquel was wonderful and I can't say enough nice things about how helpful she was. The hotel was extremely busy and it didn't matter as she provided assistance on numerous occasions and was so pleasant and professional The entire staff was so accommodating and the breakfast was delicious Rooms extremely clean and smelled so nice."

"Dead cockroaches on the floor and one crawling on the wall and spiders had a good village on the wall . But the mane thing is came back to our room and the room door was open 3 times. All you had to do was push on the door and it would pop open . Had to carry all our valuables with us. Thank god the dead bolt worked when you were in the room. Did not feel very safe. We have stayed there several times. Not again ."

"If you are not a big breakfast eater or you do not eat breakfast then you will live your stay. Very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Room was quiet so that you could rest."

"Amazing stay with a wonderful staff! Traveling with a baby is always difficult for families but Riley at the front desk was especially very helpful and gave us everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was also good and plentiful. Will definitely book this hotel again!!"

"Staff was very nice, for a newer hotel inside run down. Sofa in room.was very stained, duct tape holding carpet down as you walked in room. Carpet coming up around ac unit. Bed was clean shower was clean. Location was good."

"We always enjoy our stay at NCED. They have upgraded the rooms with a mini fridge and added shampoo and conditioner to the shower. The free breakfast is the best in town!"

"The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable."
