"My stay was wonderful and the beauty of the hotel was incredible. The only couple things that irritated me a little was how on the pictures of the hotel, there was a bathtub in the bathrooms, we did not have one. As well as no one told us the pool was first come first serve so when we expected to get to relax and cool off a little, we were not able to. There were also 4 empty chairs and no one in the pool and there were only 2 of us and the security guard still refused to let us in. Over all the building is clean and staff are friendly and I would definitely stay here again, now that I know the different rules of the building. I encourage everyone who stays here to explore the hotel the first day and ask questions to the staff so you know when things are open and closed and what’s first come first serve and what’s not. "

"Super friendly, helpful staff from valet, front desk, maids, room service and bar/cafe staff. We parked with valet but ended up walking so we only used the service when we arrived and departed. Our room was very clean but the furniture is due for replacement or refurbishing. Staff dining recommendations were excellent."
