"As I headed to the property- it was not disclosed that the property was alongside a mud road that was one way- and full of pot holes and in fact the 4WD rental car I was in slid all over just trying to turn into the property. The entry way is overgrown and garbage cans were laying all over. When I arrived through the gate, the driveway was also muddy and unpaved, and proceeded to back up toward the front door to unload my bags. The stairs were wooden and super short, chipped paint and splinters for days. The door code was not preprogrammed as said it would be in the listing. I called and got voicemail and waited in the rain for 15 minutes to get a response. Once I finally got into the property, it was extremely humid inside and the place clearly was thrown together with cheap and very small furniture sparsely put in rooms. There were large bugs on window sills and generally a not super clean feeling. The house seemed like a home project thrown together- no floors match, the cabinets wouldn't shut tight- it reminded me of a house in the Virgin islands that was haphazardly thrown together. I assumed on the pics and listing that it would be extremely nice to host VIP guests- based on the drive in and the interior, it was NOT. I talked to the management company and requested a partial refund. They did not engage in that remotely and kept asking to get on a call. I had to book another property because this one was so bad."

"We didn't spend too much time on the grounds. It was pretty clean, except a lot of dust under beds. (Sorry my shoe got kicked under). The only other thing was that there was a concert Sat night. The attendees kind of trashed the bathrooms, as far as leaving toilet paper and paper towels on the floor. I feel bad that Rancho Moonrise employees had to deal with the mess they left, and don't blame them for it, but I feel that if they had larger trash cans, it would help. Otherwise everything was great and would stay here again! Very nice place for the cost. "

"The resort is well maintained and the staff are friendly and attentive! Our family had a great time in the pool area and loved the evening s'mores! The food was a little pricey, but tasted great with large portions. We had issues with the room TV not working and the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor. A manager offered to move our room and refunded some meals for our inconvenience."

"Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We felt like royalty while we were there. Ron and Natalie are great. They even had great recommendations for delicious food in the area since we were unfamiliar with the area. The amazing and huge luxury "Mobile Estate" we stayed in was breathtaking. The Koi pond is beautiful, and my wife loved feeding the fish. We have decided we will be scheduling another stay soon and we will be bringing friends. We want to pick a week that we could rent out all five mobile estates. I highly recommend 7744."
