"Check-in was rough. The kiosks weren't working and only one desk was open to handle a crowd of arriving guests. The staff working it were helpful, but it was a mess. The room was a letdown: old, worn furniture, scuffed walls that need repainting, and an extremely small shower. The room itself is also extremely small. The bed fills most of the space and walking through is a challenge. Location is good, but skip the attached restaurant. It wasn't clean and was clearly understaffed. I won't be booking again. There are much better hotels nearby at comparable prices."

"Only concern was the water in the shower. Water wouldn’t get hot. Took a cold shower in the morning. Found out afterwards that the temperatures were switched. Cold was hot and the hot was cold. The mattresses were super comfortable though!"

"There could been a better selection for breakfast! The FRONT DESK assistant manager or manager the guy is HORRIBLE and has absolutely no customer service. Chelsea was great. You request for them to clean your room but good luck if they even do it. Outdoor pool area is beautiful should utilize the bar that they have out there more. "

"This was by far my favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed in for kids. Water park is awesome, amenities are so convenient, beds are clean and soft. Only complaint is the thin walls, could hear our neighbors very loud class until 1am. Would absolutely stay here again."

"They failed to tell us before booking that the property is under renovation, and looks dumpy. Taped room numbers on cards on the doors, falling ceilings in thr hallway, one towel & washcloth in the bath, no ice because the ice machine was broken, broken a/c in the hallway, etc. Oh, and... we arrived a couple of hours AFTER the check-in time, and the front desk told us she didn't know if our room was clean because the cleaning staff was short staffed. Well, she was was right. The room looked clean, but it was very obviously NOT cleaned, just tidied up. T he sheets hadn't been changed. Also, the covers smelled like open ***! Luckily, we brought our own sheets! One good thing was the shower, which was updated with decent water pressure. The cleaning staff was nice, but they looked tired & overworked. "
