"Upon arrival I went to check in and was told the room I booked and paid for was not available as there were “no king bed rooms on the first floor” so I was given a different room of two double beds instead. Not convenient for a couple travelling together nor is it what I paid for. There was also an abundance of black mold throughout the shower and bathroom. There were questionable stains on the linen and towels despite smelling clean. I didn’t expect 5 star hotel accommodations but I expected at...

"My room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were both helpful and friendly. Check in and checkout was quick and efficient. I didn’t use any of the amenities because of being so tired I slept late and didn’t make it down for breakfast. Missing breakfast was fine because I enjoyed sleeping late. I definitely would stay there again."
