"The stay was very nice. Although, the staff should inform the customers that they put coupons in the card folder as well. My friend and I went to have a drink at the bar after we arrived. I only took the top key out not seeing the rest of the stuff behind the 2nd key. Noticed it the next morning which one of the slips of paper was for a free appetizer which we also got and paid for. But the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good."

"Well appointed clean room and bathroom. Nice location conveniently located in close proximity to Mystic attractions. The front desk was very friendly, competent, efficient and gave hood advice"

"The place is old and the room smelled. The carpet is very old and smells. The breakfast was basic bottom of the items. Walls are paper thin. Not going back."

"I will say that once upon a time this would have been a lovely property. It is just ok now. Our bathroom was dirty. There was a dirty handprint on the wall of the bathroom that was fairly gross. You get hit by a $50 resort fee, which I dont understand. They offer you two free rum punches and I suppose that makes it a resort. Westerly Beach is beautiful and the setting is great. I can't say any other of the hotels looked much better but this place couod use some TLC."

"The rooms were clean and the property was well maintained. The food at the restaurant The Helsman was excellent and would recommend the filet mignon. I rated the amenities only fair since the gum is closed until further notice."

"Great place lot of casinos, pool, gym, restaurants, theater, mall all inside the hotel, loved it I went by myself and even like that I had a good time, stuff is always ready to help with any questions I had."

Our room was already clean and ready when we returned from our daily forays. I must say that the checkout young lady was professional and very friendly. I guess this attitude helps a lot in a service industry like hotel service. We would definitely return in the future to this location and recommend it to friends."
