"Staff was the most accommodating of any hotel we stayed in. We had to leave early to catch a bus and requested a take away breakfast. Not only did they prepare a substantial take away meal, they opened early to allow us a hot meal before we left and also gave us the breakfast which served as another meal for our journey. "This hotel was overall great. The rooms were spacious and well appointed- nespresso machine, dishwasher, tvs, etc. You could not hear noise from adjacent rooms or those above you - only occasional door slams. The breakfast had lots of options and was pretty good. I also appreciated the laundry room in the basement. It’s pretty far from the city center but close to a tram station. The staff were all helpful, friendly and always happy to accommodate. I would stay here again if back in Amsterdam."

"We loved having a whole house to ourselves, complete with a mostly full kitchen! We felt safe and secure because of the gated entrance. Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. "We loved our executive corner room, which was large and tastefully decorated. Staff was friendly and attentive. I had 3 issues: 1. The cleaning was never done timely.
