"Lovely quiet place with wonderful gardens and pool. Clean and large rooms, great staff, generous breakfast. Next to 3 in one spa for fabulous massage and a good coffee shop right next door. Great location. I cannot stress how lovely and accommodating staff is. "

"My sister and i had such an amazing time at this homestay. The hosts were so kind, the room was spotless and very big. It didn’t have air conditioning, however we didn’t find it too hot with the fans! The bathroom was great, good shower and the location was quiet and peaceful. It’s a short walk to the Main Street but still close to many restaurants and coconut hill. Thank you again for having us! :)"

"What a fantastic little hotel in Mirissa. The fresh fruit selection at breakfast was amazing. Waking up in a four-poster bed and stepping onto a balcony overlooking the beach and coconut trees was an absolute joy. The pool was lovely, and from the balcony you could even see Coconut Tree Hill. The location is perfect—within walking distance of Coconut Tree Hill, Mirissa Beach, as well as plenty of restaurants, shops, and spas. "Extremely expensive for what l would call a 2 star hotel in Europe. Trash everywhere, located in a narrow side street, with no proper beach. A clean toproof swimming pool BUT in a unfriendly area with no sun umbrellas and in desperate need for renovation. Cracked shower walls, luke water only, rusty and shabby furniture. No TV and no phone. The view was nice in front of the hotel (if you ignore the trash) but empty lots on each side, which didnt make it interesting to explore. Poor breakfast and...

"Superbe hôtel, tout confort, avec les lits les plus confortables de notre séjour au Sri Lanka. Les chambres sont très propres et très agréables. La télévision a même Netflix. "Great location. A few meters away from the street. Decent size room , big bathroom. NO bed sheet to cover yourself with; only blanket. Very welcoming host. The kitchen on rooftop was great for the view but very filthy sink. Of course certain people do not clean after themselves. I recommend the maid cleans everyday. Overall great stay"

"We were disappointed with Sandy Bliss. We booked a Superior Double with a King bed and Sea Views - our room was an obstructed/partial sea view, but mostly street view with significant street noise. (photo). The hotel is set behind another building, so few rooms will have unobstructed views as advertised. I requested to move to a sea view room but was told this was the room I booked, despite the clear discrepancy between listing and reality. They eventually offered a room with a better sea view...
