"Great location, but disappointing service.
The hotel is in an excellent location, which was the best part of our stay.
However, the staff were not welcoming or friendly. There was no daily housekeeping, and the cleaning service was charged separately at almost a quarter of the room rate, which is unreasonable.
Because of this, the room was not as clean as it should have been.
Overall, the location was great, but the lack of hospitality and cleanliness made the experience disappointing."

"The air condition unit in the bedroom needs to be manually emptied every 2-3 hours during hot days. This should be stated and explained in the instructions for the property. Otherwise, the studio was clean, comfortable and well situated near the train station and old town."

"The idea of the apartment was great. I was worried about the self check in but the process was smooth. The apartment itself was well presented.
However, we have not been informed of major building work taking place right outside the windows and as result we were woken up every morning at 7am even though this was meant to be a relaxed holiday stay.
I have contacted the staff asking for swapping apartment to a quieter side but this was not possible.
