"The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. The location is very central and close to the train and good restaurants. The buffet breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was nice and spacious. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. "The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay."

"The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. From the balcony you have a nice view to the mountains and it is sunmy in the afternoon. The chairlifts are 500 meters away and there is a small bus to nring us close tothe mountains. Breakfast is good and complete before a ski day. Would definitely recommend "

"Immediately next to Tasch train station and with ski room. Lovely rooms. Would not have afforded this level of comfort in Zermatt itself. Really good new build with good fire safety and modern basement. In-hotel restaurant (although shut 2 days). Transport from Tasch to Zermatt is about 10 minutes, train every 10-20 minutes. Shuttle tickets are actually extra (not included in ski pass etc). Nice clean rooms and good skiroom."

"This is a lovely place with stunning views of the alps. The staff there are very helpful and breakfast was enjoyable. Walk 50 m to Co-op or 100 m to Grachen center. So convenient. "

"Absolutely wonderful staff. Very small team but they run it like there are 20 of them. 30 seconds from the bus stop, greeted cheerfully when we arrived, filled out some forms and were shown to our room. It was nice and cozy, great view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was good, nothing crazy but enough to start the day. Dinner in their restaurant was also great. The spa was fantastic.
