"The AC unit in my room was awesome. The room had a nice floor, but the bathroom was outdated. I saw on the website where the outdoor pool was available, yet it was not open. According to the front desk, the poo has been closed since 2022? hope to open by the Memorial weekend. The breakfast could be better than just dry cereals..."

"I had a great stay at the Fairfield in Mooresville near Charlotte. The hotel was very clean, and everything felt well-maintained. The staff stood out the most—they were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and fresh options to start the day. Overall, a solid place to stay and I’d definitely come back."

"When we checked in there was only one staff member runinning everything. We asked for a manger but there was not one available. We were visiting for a funeral and booked this hotel so our kids could use the indoor pool. We were very disappointed to find out the pool was closed until June when we arrived.There were ants in our bathroom. The hall way is very noisy. We slept with a white noise machine and could still hear everytime a door in the hallway was opened. We have yet to have a good experience at a Wyndam hotel and will be avoiding those after this trip."
