"Everything about this stay was perfect ! We arrived early and able to check into our room an hour early ! The staff were very helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions. The room itself was very clean and well maintained. They had free rental bikes that were in great shape and were very helpful for getting to the beaches without paying any fees !! Overall a great experience, would highly recommend for a nice get away in the cape."

"Our room was so cute and so clean. It worked well for a family of 5. We were able to spread out and utilize all the storage available. Front end staff was always so kind and friendly. The office is inviting with daily coffee, tea and cucumber water. There is also space for puzzles, chess and board games which my kids loved. "The beds were hard and the entire place was a little worn looking. As fans of the Seashore and the light houses we couldn't beat the location. The room was clean and updated and the outdoor spaces were fantastic. There was ice cream, mini golf, and food just next door. The motel had a relaxed, family atmosphere I appreciated. Check-in and out were very fast and easy."

"The pool was nice but cracked paint and aged furniture detracts from the stay. Rugs in room and halls were pretty gross. We also did not get our room cleaned between nights which was a turn off."

"We have stayed there 5 or 6 times in the past. The first time we stayed there under the new ownership it was during that COVID MASK baloney, but it was noticeable how much effort they were putting into the place to make updates and new furniture, etc and how clean it was. We stayed in room 105 and noticed the tub/shower was needing a repair because in was like walking on a waterbed and very dangerous to keep your balance in it. Other than that it's a good place to stay."

"I recently booked a room at this hotel as it was reasonably priced compared to the alternatives. We ended up checking in and immediately checking out and rebooking at another hotel which was amazing, The Charm on Main in Brewster. The motel lobby was a bit dingy, cluttered, and dark. "The room was outdated but clean. Would be a nice addition to have a coffee pot available. Manager/owner was very nice upon check in. The grounds out front are lovely with areas to rest in a hammock. Didn’t use it but the pool looked clean and inviting."

"Everything was clean and in good working order. It is changing over from the Wellfleet Motel. The rooms we stayed in were unchanged but they mentioned they were slowly changing everything over. The outdoor pool is pretty good and overall it is a quiet place to stay."
