We booked a "mountain view" family suite as advertised on Expedia, but the room had no mountain view and was not a family suite. I.e. false advertising. 2. We wanted to swim but the pool loungers were so dirty it put us off. Generally, the place is neglected and run down, not well maintained. It is certainly not 4 star (more false advertising. 3. "No provision made with water supply when power went out due to loadshedding. You could not use the bathroom at all. NO extra drinking water in the room. Breakfast at restaurant was also not great. Sorry, not a good overall experience at all. It is situated in a beautiful area. "
