Great staff, good size room, awesome brekkie with lots of different options. Only negative was that it was extremely windy when we stayed and it sounded like someone was trying to get into our room all night.

Rydges Wellington is a good hotel, we had a lovely room that had views to the harbour which was nice - the room was very clean, hotel staff lovely, however the heater / air con in the room is old and very loud.

The room was clean with a good street view. However, the curtains were not alligned as light pierced through the room early morning disturbing the sleep. Black out curtain would have been optimum. The staff were nice and gave us a late checkout.

With the Rydges being only walking distance from the stadium it was the perfect location for a staycation. The hotel was humming with rugby fans and the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive as it got busier. The pool was great for a quick swim.

Room wasn’t ready for us at check in, was very busy there so didn’t mind grabbing a drink to wait. Pool nice, sauna was also nice. Breakfast- up there with the best I’ve ever had. Nice room, air con unit a bit noisy though.
