"The TV was stuck on one channel."

"The staff was very helpful & friendly! There is no continental breakfast, don’t bother trying the room coffee packets as they are horrible; the lobby coffee is much better. Free water bottles are available for the asking at the front desk, so nice! The shower stall needs updating, as it has a shower curtain which doesn’t keep the water from leaking out & the ledge to the shower is low, it which doesn’t retain the shower water; there is water all over the floor with every shower taken."

"Great location. We arrived on the last flight of the night. Checking was smooth and great. I forgot about the warm cookie at check in but the front desk agent was on point. I love that little touch. Rooms were great. We were a bit of a walk away from the front desk but I understand the hotel layout. I worked for resorts for over 10 years. Rooms super clean. Bed was really comfortable. "The bed only has a thin blanket besides the sheet, so it doesn't provide much warmth if needed. Refrigerator in room wasn't very cold and lacked a way to adjust temperature, so our items we put inside were not kept at a cold enough temperature. The hotel is located right off of the highway, so traffic noise was very noticeable in our room."

"There was a very bright light on the outside of the building that was shining right in our room. It made it hard to go to sleep. It’s room 109. So if you get that room, request another one. But everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again."
