"The staff was the best! In Anchorage from the Kenai for surgery, we received so much kindness and assistance. From the initial greeting of someone to help with our luggage through the rest of our 4-day stay, we were pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and thoughtfulness of the staff. The room was clean and well maintained, but it was the people who were the number one reason we'll go back. The blonde lady at the desk, the talented breakfast preparer, the room service attendants--all of them made a not so pleasant (surgery) reason to be there much better. We will certainly return on future trips to Anchorage."

"The staff was super friendly, and their breakfast offered more than I expected. They had a clean gym with all the equipment we needed. We used their clean pool and hot tub the first night, but they shut them down the second because of high chlorine content. That was disappointing for our young one because it was half the reason we booked with Embassy. Other than that, the stay was comfortable. They could increase their level of detailed cleaning, though. We found a baby sock under the curtains, and the door jams, cupboards, and walls could have been wiped down. Other than that, the beds and linens were clean and comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. We will stay again in the future. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. It was a close distance to walk to downtown Anchorage. It was a quiet location. Room, bathroom, living room and kitchen were clean. We would stay here again. "

"We appreciated our stay! It was easy to get in and out and we felt like we were free to do what we needed to during the day without disturbance"

"Overall, the stay was decent. The place was really clean, the water pressure was good (which is always nice after a long day outside), and the washer and dryer worked perfectly. However, we had a few issues with it. The large bedroom gets dark enough to sleep despite the sunlight, but the smaller bedroom still stays pretty bright-we were lucky that we brought sleep masks. We knew there was no AC in the apt, either, but we weren't prepared for just how hot it would get inside. The neighborhood itself is a little rough, but we didn't necessarily feel unsafe at any point. Overall, we'd recommend it, just be prepared for the possible heat (though they do have plug-in fans you can use), the lack of wifi, and the brightness."
