This is a special place with a lot of charm and great hosts. The breakfast is 5 stars as well! Enjoy sipping wine while talking to interesting hosts and guests!

A lovely country home located on the river just outside of Wenatchee. Older, spacious rooms. The owners (Ludger and July) couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We enjoyed our stay

This location was in a absolutely beautify area near the river, with so many ammenities. The breakfast was delicious and the host succeed at making you feel like part of the household! I would love to visit again and I suggest anyone reading should visit the area.

WOW!! This place is amazing!! Beautiful Inn, cozy, clean and comfortable rooms, Ludger was wonderful and the gourmet breakfasts he made were absolutely outstanding, plus the wine tasting was so good!! We will be back!!

This is a great place to stay. Clean is an understatement and the room we stayed at the garden view room was amazing with great and tasteful decorations. Kind staff as well. We didn’t eat the breakfast because mainly we had come in to experience the town. This is a great place to stay

We had a great stay at Warm Springs Inn & Winery. The hosts are wonderful- very hospitable and always attentive to our requests. The room we stayed is beautiful ,comfortable and we feel at home. We have to mention the breakfast. We can see how much love and care the host put in. They are not just delicious- they are restaurant level dishes. We would love to come back!

Yum....just yum!

There was a slight problem with my room and the owner, Ludger was very apologetic and fixed my issue very quickly! I had a wonderful time there and would recommend this place to everyone looking for a quiet little getaway! P.s The BREAKFAST is the highlight of the stay!!! #bestbreakfastever

A total gem.

Amazing place! The Host and Hostess are really nice people. The room was super comfy and private. The breakfast was delicious. We even learned a little about wine and had a great time tasting. The wine was so good we ended up taking a few bottles back home with us. We look forward to staying many more times in the future.

Wenatchee river retreat

Fun stop, food and grounds were fantastic! Ate things I normally would not try and loved them. Very accommodating to special diet too! There are regular trains across the river if you are a light sleeper be aware.

A perfect romantic getaway

The Inn was extremely comfortable and cozy. The views of the river at sunrise were spectacular. One of the highlights was Ludger's breakfasts. They were simply amazing! As good if not better than any 5 star restaurant, served with warmth and kindness. The Inn served as a perfect starting and stoping point for a romantic getaway to Leavenworth and an opportunity to propose to the women of my dreams. We highly recommend the Warm Springs Inn & Winery. Chris & Mary

INCREDIBLE

This place completely exceeded my expectations. The hosts are incredible. They make you feel comfortable, provide excellent service, are funny, and provide a very homey feel. I highly suggest the wine tasting. Probably the most fun I've had drinking wine ever. Like all the other reviews, breakfast being amazing was 100% true. The hosts used to own an upscale restaurant in Seattle so they know what they're doing. Couldn't recommend enough. Hope to go back one day. Don't hesitate on this one.

We stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it . I From the moment you arrive your are made to feel so welcome by the owners Julie and Ludger, We booked the river room which has stunning views of the river and mountains , we were fortunate to have snow when we there , coming from Texas we don’t see that very often so a big bonus for us !! Lovely large living room with a fire is a great place to relax and try some of the wines they produce , Breakfast is fresh and delicious all made by Ludger , something different every day Located close to Wenatchee and and easy 20 minutes' drive to Leavenworth it’s in the perfect location This is an absolute gem, and I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!!

The property was beautiful and right on the river. The house is also very nice and welcoming, an amazing place! Our room was unique and cozy. The food was delicious. And we really enjoyed wine tasting. The hosts were kind and knowledgeable and made sure we had everything we needed.

the outdoor setting was very pleasant, surrounded by the river and surrounding farm property was a great environment to kick back and enjoy.
