"Im Vorfeld hatte ich über die Expedia App versucht, das Hotel zu kontaktieren. Diese Anfrage blieb leider unbeantwortet. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mein Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern waren leider vorhanden. Es ist keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer vorhanden, was bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sicher ein Problem ist. "Absolutely 5 star stay: Room has amazing AC, actual rainfall walk in shower from ceiling, double sinks, new tv, modern lighting fixtures fridge, closet etc. This was for the basic room - greatly exceeded expectations. 2 pools - one indoor and one outdoor with relaxation room, spa, sauna plenty of lounge chairs and gorgeous lakeside view. Resteraunts and bars were great - buffet style and excellent cocktails. Really happy with the stay!"
