"In a strange part of town just over the bridge to Kazimierez. Hotel was decent, staff was cold at best, somewhat rude at worst. The opposite of my usual experience in Krakow."

"Excellent accommodation in a nice quiet area not far from city centre. Beds were very comfortable, rooms lovely and spacious. Water pressure and heat of shower perfect. Nicely fitted out. Cafes and convenience store just around corner - very handy. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again."

"The most gorgeous hotel in a pretty central location in Krakow. Our room was huge! Super comfy bed, which is so nice after lots of walking every day. The toilet was super high tech + fancy!! The pool + sauna areas were really nice after a long day too! Open until late. Loads within walking distance of the hotel! The staff were very friendly + helpful! Cannot recommend this hotel enough!!"

"The air conditioning worked but not very efficiently...I like a cool room but never got cold enough for my taste. Everything else about room ,although basic, was great, bed good,shower etc all fine. Breakfast itself very good but seating area restricted, when busy not enough seating. On the whole the staff lovely,mainly young ladies who were helpful and friendly with exception of one who was unruly and unhelpful. Found it useful to use the restaurant in the ibis attached to our budget hotel fir a drink,/coffee of a n evening."
