"Nice clean caravan, adequate for our needs. We'll equipped and good working order. TV reception poor if you require that but overall agood stay. Great location for supermarkets and retail park. Short drive to Bognor seafront."

"Extremely dog friendly, loved that the dog friendly rooms opened onto the courtyard garden (enclosed). The walks are beautiful/ stunning. Dogs welcome in the restaurants. Highly recommend."

"The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good but not exceptional. The staff was really nice. It is an older hotel with nice wood paneling in the common rooms. The main problem we had was the plumbing in the room was challenging. "

"Dusty room in areas. Rubbish behind bedside cabinet. Couldn’t get to plug easily to charge my phone as it was behind the cabinet and when pulled out there was thick dust and rubbish behind it. No deep clean for a long time. Dirty windows, old cobwebs around it. Pool was not in use so very disappointed as we had stayed there for this reason. "

"I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. The mugs in the room were also dirty The facilities were surprisingly impressive- a good sized pool and proper gym. We stayed here and spent the first day in Portsmouth and the second day in Chichester. It’s a good and accessible location."

"Big car park, incredibly friendly reception staff, lovely standard room, massive bed )a little firm for my liking, but slept well), shower perfection, went in three times because it was so good. Bar staff nice, ate in brickworks, good food, great service. Didn’t get to try pool as 830 arrival was too late for 9pm close. Lovely breakfast, good selection. Good value for two people, won’t hesitate to return. Was chosen because it was 4 minutes from where we worked, perfect and glad this was the...
