"The rooms were clean, pillows were soft and fluffy, crisp clean sheets and top blankets. The ORGANIC KIND BRAND shampoo and conditioner, lotion and bodywash was a nice added surprise.
Check in, is 3 pm,however they do offer a complimentary bag Check service until your room is ready for Check in, which is very helpful, especially with timed activities.

"Once inside the hotel it was a cool oasis compared with the madness in New York City with the Nicks playing NBA Finals on two nights whilst we were there.
Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good. Surrounding streets were littered with trash often and some of the street residents with issues were located nearby but were not causing obvious problems.
Great central location and good subway access.

"this is very accessible to all nyc subway lines. its in the heart of the financial district, and a few minutes walk from the oculus which is also accessible to the Path trains to NJ. the area is safe and walkable and plenty of eateries (both chains and local) around. The best part - its accessible to the A train (walking) which connects directly to the jfk Howard Beach air train!!!!! No more crowds at Penn/ Grand Central/ jamaica air train!"
