"Nous avons passé une semaine en famille. L'accueil est parfait. Très sympathique. Pour l'anniversaire de mon fils j'avais demandé une chambre familiale avec vue nous étions placé au 18e avec une vue magnifique sur l'empire. Et en prime un petit mot avec un gâteau d'anniversaire L'hôtel est très bien insonorisé, aucun bruit extérieur et couloir. La literie est bonne . L'hôtel est très neuf. La salle restaurant bar est très belle. L'hôtel est bien placé dans un quartier central avec le métro juste...

DID NOT LIKE: • Poor First Impression: The LOBBY needs to be improved. It didn’t give a good first impression at all. A more modern upgrade to match the upscale location of the property would be helpful. • Uncomfortable Second Impression: The CARPET IN THE ELEVATOR needs to be changed. It was old, filthy, and very worn out."

"The hotel was great. The staff was great. Parking sucked but that can be expected. The shower that you can see through from the bed was a little different. But all in all a great hotel with an amazing staff."
