"It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left.
There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...

"The only bad experience I had was the cooling air was not properly working. I would wake up in the mornings and it was hot. The air had stopped working. Everything else was perfect! Very clean and items furnished that I was not have thought would be, etc..trash bags, paper towels. We had a very nice stay! Would like to stay again if air is fixed."

"Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late.
