"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked two suites that were confirmed through both Expedia and the hotel, each advertised with two beds and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room type I reserved was no longer available because the hotel had sold out those rooms. What makes this more frustrating is that I spoke with the hotel the day before my arrival and specifically discussed my reservation. Even the alternative room arrangement we discussed was not...

"Stayed there for four nights. The bathroom had poor water pressure, the toilet was not flushing properly, the shower was dripping non stop. The air conditioning temperature was hard to control. It was either blasting freezing air or would shut off, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The was one working elevator in the south tower which created chaos and major delays."

I only stay theŕe for 2 nights but the company charged me 193.00 Im currently trying to fight this right now. "The room was clean, the staff was great, the air conditioning worked well but was very loud. The only big issue was that breakfast wasn't served until after I was already at work."

"Room layout was great for a family of 4 adults. We appreciated the kitchen area. However there were many things that were not great about the room. There was only one hook for bath towels. Shower floor was very slippery. Beds were uncomfortable. There was no place to get ready other than the bathroom or kitchen area. There should have been a mirror outside if the bathroom. A nightlight would be convenient too."
