"Breakfast menu was nothing fancy but perfect for something quick on an early morning park day. Hot water was just not so hot and more lukewarm. Staff was great and nice."

"La habitacion estaba limpia, hay que solicitar que limpien si quieres que limpien nuevamente. El estacionamiento afuera se observaba un poco descuidado. Todo lo demas muy bien. Nos dieron toallas limpias y maquina con hielo. El personal excelente."

"Over all was a very pleasant stay. They even have gluten free options for breakfast if you ask which was great. "

"The entire place is very dated and dirty. The hallways are dark, the elevator is dirty and so are the rooms. As soon as I walked into the room it had a strange odor. The carpet in the room was filthy and has several stains. The bedsheets also stained. All the furniture is chipped and falling apart. Not happy at all with my stay. Plus it took about 30 minutes to check in since there was only one employee in the lobby. Never again!"

"The property was clean and up to date, the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only criticism would be that there wasn't a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we has to call for more and wait. Also, next time ill be sure to book a room closer to the elevator because it was a lengthy walk to our room but other than those two minor inconveniences, everything was great and ill definitely be back."

"Breakfast staff very friendly, front desk friendly. Lack of room garbage pickup for 6 day still was lacking. Overall good breakfast, nice pool (not heated) and close to Universal Studios and amenities. "

"My room was clean for the most part. The TV picture was terrible, the remote didn’t work, I had to slide a chair in front the side door where you could walk into the next room because it wouldn’t lock. The staff isn’t friendly at all. No customer service."
