"The room was quiet, bed was comfortable and pretty clean. Check in/out is all "online" and I wasn't prepared for that, but it went smoothly after I figured it out. Would have been nice to communicate via text rather than going through the booking site."

"This was a pretty decent choice as a hotel for our Universal trip. You can technically walk to Universal, we didn’t this time. They have a pretty cool photo booth inside of the hotel. Room was pretty cozy, shower was nice and our king bed was really nice. The only thing I am going to bring attention to is that the lobby is always busy and full of so many people. The front desk is so close to the front door that it makes you feel claustrophobic. Staff always seemed to be busy by hotel guests, so...

"First night was charged at $139 the second night was charged at $199 dollars. No explanation no disclosure, not fair advice. Just a charge. This was in addition to the parking fee. The concerning part is that my initial agreement with the hotel was for two nights at $139 EACH!! I got back home and found the extra charge. I'll never return and will add this review to Expedia.com Be aware!!! Check your room’s file BEFORE leaving the premises."

"I loved that it has the shuttles that run tonand grom universal an hour after the places close. I also love that they have food at the property but it doesn't close at 11pm and is pretty expensive."
