"I wanted to stay somewhere that looked like a cute B&B, based on the photos and description. I am guessing those photos are very, very old. There is no breakfast. Unless you count prepackaged gas station muffins left in the room. There was also no coffee make in the room. There is a coffee station with coffee pods. The bar lock on my room door somehow locked after I left. When I returned late that evening, I could not get back in. The adjoining room, which I had also rented, had a key lock,...

"Property clean and well suited for our short graduation get away. Food inside the Kitchen restaurant and cafe was excellent although two ice cream cones on two separatedays were made incorrectly. I was unhappy there was no streaming or air play options available on the tv. I was not pleased when the side reading lamp on headboard fell out nearly hitting me in the head. There was only one nightstand therefore any person sleeping on the opposite side has no place available to charge mobile device...

"Room layout was great for a family of 4 adults. We appreciated the kitchen area. However there were many things that were not great about the room. There was only one hook for bath towels. Shower floor was very slippery. Beds were uncomfortable. There was no place to get ready other than the bathroom or kitchen area. There should have been a mirror outside if the bathroom. A nightlight would be convenient too."

"Check in was smooth has no issues. Staff was super friendly as well. Room was very tidy and smelled clean. Overall nice experience if you just want a good nights rest after being out all day at Orlando’s amusement parks. Only wish their breakfast and parking was included in the booking."

"The pool and service was great! Early access to Universal Studios was an added bonus. We loved taking the water taxi to City Walk as well. Traveled with family and we had a blast. Parking was a bit expensive at $36 daily and 18% gratuity is added to every purchase was a bit much. Food at both restaurants was delicious. I would recommend the hotel, but be ready to shell out $$$ in parking and gratuities."
