"Good hotel"

"My trip had a rocky start when I arrived. The management quickly remedied the issues that I encountered to make my trip enjoyable. The staff was very on point with the customer service recovery. I was moved to a great room with one of the most incredible view of the Hudson. They accommodate my spa treatment even during their renovation. I can’t wait to return back for another amazing experience. A minor issue was phone service was poor, but I was able to do WiFi calling."

"The room was disgusting. The tub was dirty, sheets barely covering the lumpy and squeaky mattress, the curtains were stained and dusty and the couch / sofa bed was covered in stains. We always stay at Hampton Inns and this was no where near the quality we have come to expect from Hilton. How this place has such a high rating on Expedia is a mystery. It’s in desperate need of an update and was hands down, the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. If I could give this place zero stars I would."

"There were ants all over the room and when they told them about it, they didn’t do anything. The breakfast was a mess. They didn’t restock very often and they were out of a lot of items are supposed to have early on. But it does look like the back room slightly. The kids did like that."

"Very much a “budget at best” place. Dirty and kinda gross, everything was slightly broken, even the K was falling off the “front desk” sign. Pay the extra $10-15 for one of the nicer places. A/C worked well, WiFi did not."

"Clean room, quiet. Looks like pool under construction. Didn’t do breakfast this time so can’t speak on that. Quiet hotel compared to others I’ve been to in the area. I’d return. Rooms clean. Door was missing do not disturb sign but housekeeper said she’d put one. Rooms clean no issues."

"The hotel is clean and housekeeping amazing. Spotless room and they deserve props! Upon check in I was handed a key and no further information on the property. It wasn’t bad service, it was basic like I was expected to already know where the elevator was or where I should park. If that makes sense. I’m just used to other hotels telling me basic info like that upon check in. There was a little piece of paper with your key that tells you the breakfast time and amenity hours. Not a big deal....

"New hotel, large, clean rooms that were well appointed. Good quality food at small restaurant/bar near the front desk area of the hotel. 24/7 shuttle service to airport was excellent and on time as well."

"The location of the property was excellent! The room we had was clean. Two things that were not good- there is no real kitchen area,(or area to gather outside of our room) it is in a small hallway by the back door and does not have a freezer or ice available. Our air conditioner did not work properly and woke us up throughout the night."
