"The staff was not indeed and the facilities were impeccable! I will stay here again next year for my annual visit!"

"We were only here for 1 night so did not have a chance to enjoy some of the amenities. We had a king room with a pullout couch. It was large and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. ."

"The property was undergoing renovations so there was lots of materials and construction equipment sitting around. It got a little noisy around 8:00 AM but we were up and getting ready to depart for our day's activities. The staff couldn't help it but they did their absolute best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable."

"Night one my wifi didn’t work and was told it would be fixed the following day. It was not and then the tv didn’t work either in night two. They did switch me to a new room which everything worked. The first room had a large black hair in the shower and dried toothpaste or something on the vanity. I was able to wash it off. The second room had a dirty bath mat. There was lots of general cleaning that definitely wasn’t kept up on in either room baseboards, mirrors, etc. Went to check out and...

"The staff was most helpful and had good attitudes. Disappointed we did not know ahead there was no elevator. I could have made stink, chose not to. Should be better advertised. I have pulmonary fibrosis. Not so cool. The place is dated. No coffee makers in room. No extra blanket. Little things…"

"My room was clean, although there was an air purifier running in the room that was super loud. It was the size of a mini-fridge! I did turn it off eventually. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical fare for this type of hotel. I would stay here again."
