"We spent 4 nights there and the room didn’t get touched by the cleaning staff once. No fresh towels, restocking of coffee, or emptied trash cans once during our visit. The front desk staff was friendly and gave us clean towels and coffee. when we went down and asked for them. We tried to eat at the bar top restaurant one night that it was supposed to be opened. It was roped off so we called the front desk to ask and was told it was closed. It would have been nice if there had been a notice up in the elevator or at the restaurant itself letting people know it was closed. Not the worst experience, but not the best either. "

"I was surprised at how comfortable the pillows and beds were. Most of the time whenever I go to any hotel I can’t sleep because the bed and pillows are trash, NOT HERE! I slept like a baby and that rarely happens. The staff was amazing, helpful and flexible. "

"I just needed a quick one-night stay for a business trip near the office. I was disappointed to see that housekeeping did not get the trash from the previous guest's takeout that was left in the closet. I took it to the front desk and they took it and snapped a pic before throwing it away so they could discuss with housekeeping. There is no carpet in the rooms so the sound carries a lot and I had a yappy dog in the room next door. "

"The hotel was very cute and in a convenient location to the things I needed to do during my visit. I was on the side of the hotel where they were doing highway construction, so that was a little loud at night. Otherwise, everything was fine. "
