"The hotel was great! It’s not the Hilton or Sheraton, which I knew, but it still took a moment to get used to it. But once I did, it has the charm of New Orleans that I wanted and the chain hotels do not. I felt like I went back in time, albeit with a nice modern bathroom and small kitchen area with a sink, microwave and mini-refrigerator.

"The Saint is a great, lower cost option to stay down in the French Quarter. The staff is super helpful and friendly. It’s on Canal street, only a couple blocks from Bourbon Street. They also allowed us an hour and a half later check out because or flight was in the evening. It gave us time to get lunch and shop some in the quarter. Definitely recommend."

"Not the best in communication! Had to tell front desk that we needed house keeping cause the light didn't work outside the room. Needless to say they didn't come. I had to go downstairs @ 4 in the morning and get water for coffee ( which they brought about 20 minutes later.) Also needed toiletries as well! Which we never got!!( That felt a little embarrassing!)"

"I did find that the amenities provided by the hotel were somewhat limited compared to other hotels. The coffee maker did not function correctly and the air conditioner went out and I had to troubleshoot. Also, beware of hidden fees charged by the hotel; I was told that they would remove a fee which was charged twice and it was not removed.
The bed however was comfortable and I slept well."

"The property is very close to the French quarter and Frenchmen street. The pool was outdoors and a great place to chill after walking in the may new Orleans heat. We had a nice breakfast each morning which set us up to get on with our day. We had two rooms and each was unique and very pretty. Our bathroom was a bit small but the second room had a very large bathroom. Shower water pressure was great. I would recommend to all."
