"Door on back of room to view forest was terrible. When we arrived tried to open not working,called front desk had it looked at not much better at all lack of matinence. Carpet in room is in need of a good cleaning, big stain bye the bed. I’m not a complainer but simply unexcepable. Love the property but need to up the up keep on things. Staff is the best no complaints!"

"Allgemein hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt. Allerdings sind die Wohneinheiten etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt kaum Steckdosen neben dem Bett und viele Steckdosen sind mittlerweile ausgeleiert. Das Personal war nicht so zuvorkommend, wie wir es von anderen Unterkünften gewohnt sind. Es fehlte bei unserer Ankunft der Kaffee und das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Die versprochene Hilfe erhielten wir erst nach erneutem Nachfragen 2 Tage später… Positiv für uns war die Lage, der große Pool, die...

"The location of the hotel is great because it’s close to airport, grocery stores, restaurants and gas station and in my opinion Flagstaff is kind of middle city as a hub if you want to visit Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Petrofied Forest and Painted Desert. The room was clean and equipped with refrigerator and microwave. The staff was great. The WiFi though could be better, the signal was a little weak but overall I was happy staying in here and will stay here again when I’m coming to Flagstaff."

"Dirty. Black mold in our room. Appeared to have water damage all over. Felt very dingy and I am at all not a picky person. Bed was clean- that’s the only reason we stayed as it was a quick one night stay to crash. Smelled very much like mildue. Woke up stuffy with a sore throat. Don’t book here"

"The pool was available and nice! The hot tub was warm and in perfect working condition! The room was comfortable and clean. The staff that checked us in were accommodating to our needs since we were concerned about our uhaul and parking situation. I highly recommend this location for a great nights rest and relaxation after driving miles! I also have to give kudos to the location for dinner options available nearby within walking distance! Oh my gosh and rhe breakfast!!! Hands down Amazing!"

"Charming, spacious 2 bedroom unit with lovely back deck for peaceful views of the mountains. The property was very safe and quiet contributing to the overall serenity of this location. Staff was helpful and responsive to meet our needs. Only drawback was the loft bedroom had very steep stairs. We would love to stay here again someday."

"Staff very responsive. Exterior looked a bit funky until one realized it was in-keeping with historic Route 66. Interior was more up-to-date, but smaller than expected. Still not in a bad way considering we had three 70# dogs with us! Despite being on historic Route 66 it was not as noisy as we feared, just normal traffic noise. "
